Deloitte Global: Naturally resilient

“Organisational resilience is the capability of an organisation to be prepared for disruption and to adapt and thrive in a changing environment. It isn’t purely defensive in orientation. It is also progressive, building the capacity for agility, adaptation, learning, and regeneration to ensure that organisations are able to deal with more complex and severe events and be fit for the future.”

We chose to bring the themes and ideas behind Deloitte Global’s cross-industry survey to life by using geological change and global transformation – visuals which depict nature’s ability to adapt and survive.

Collagraphy

A “collagraphic” style with with clean, modern graphical overlays were used to represent the data in this survey, to give the impression that an organisation needs to be vigilant: ready for events that come its way; to adapt, survive and change in an ever-dynamic and uncertain world.

Digital

The report was presented digitally – both as a pdf and as an interactive report. The ability to filter by role, responsibility level, region, country, industry and company size enabled the user to dive deeper into the data and results of a survey of almost 700 executives, directors and senior leaders with accountability or responsibility for resilience or crisis management within their organisations.

We loved the concepts presented and the thinking behind each one. The graphical treatment to the secondary imagery in the orbital shapes concept was beautiful.
