RAMP Global: A Digital-First Rebrand

Doublelix was engaged to reimagine RAMP Global’s brand from the ground up. The challenge was clear: create a brand system that was modern, credible and digital-first in every sense, while keeping the human story of partnerships at its core.

We defined a new brand positioning that emphasised RAMP Global’s role as both connector and enabler. The new logo was designed as a clean wordmark that mirrored the simplicity of the company’s web domain, making it instantly accessible and recognisable in digital settings. Colour was critical, and RAMP Blue was introduced as a global neutral: a professional, inclusive tone that works seamlessly across markets and cultures. Together with refined typography and an adaptive design framework, the system delivered clarity and impact across every channel.

Transformation through design

The creative idea drew inspiration from shifting global markets and the constant movement of talent. Just as organisations adapt to new economic, regulatory and technological landscapes, RAMP Global acts as the stabilising force that makes change navigable.

This thinking informed the visual direction: layered, dynamic treatments to represent flow and connection, supported by precise graphical overlays that signalled data, insight and clarity. People-focused imagery was introduced to highlight the human element of talent partnerships, grounding the brand’s digital sophistication in the reality of careers and collaboration. The result is a system that feels alive, flexible and perfectly in tune with the fast-changing world of recruitment.

RAMP Global is a platform that powers global recruitment partnerships. It connects employers with a trusted network of agencies worldwide, giving businesses the ability to hire faster, reduce costs and gain real transparency in the process. From enterprise organisations to scaling firms, RAMP Global enables companies to build resilience into their hiring strategies by managing multiple partners in one unified digital space.

As the platform grew, so did the demand for a stronger identity. The original brand no longer represented the scale, ambition or sophistication of what RAMP Global had become. It was time to evolve the brand into one that could carry weight internationally, flex across digital environments and speak with authority to enterprise-level clients.

A digital-first launch

The rebrand was brought to life through a digital-first rollout. We prioritised online assets, interactive sales materials and motion-led storytelling over traditional print. Instead of static PDFs, the new brand launched with a fully interactive online brochure, showcasing the platform’s value in a format that could evolve in real time.

Every element of the identity was built to live and breathe online: modular design grids for product demos, bold visual templates for global campaigns, and a digital toolkit that allows the brand to stay consistent while scaling quickly. RAMP Global is now positioned as a modern, global player with a brand that matches its technology, ambition and reach.
